Terms of Service for Indigrove LLC

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website indigrove.studio (the "Site") or purchasing products and services offered by Indigrove LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site, submitting inquiries through our contact forms, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Print-on-Demand & Merchandise Sales

Printful Order Processing: All merchandise on this Site is produced on-demand and fulfilled by our third-party printing partner, Printful. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are made to order after purchase.

Production & Shipping Times: Estimated fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates provided by Printful and shipping carriers, not guarantees. Indigrove LLC is not liable for carrier shipping delays, customs holds, or weather delays.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us at hello@indigrove.studio within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. Printful will process a reprint or refund for valid claims.

Incorrect Size or Buyer’s Remorse: Because all items are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully prior to checkout.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Address: Packages returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout or left unclaimed at local post offices will be returned to Printful's facility. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Audio Services & Inquiries

Submitting a project inquiry or contact form through this Site does not guarantee service booking or constitute a binding client agreement. Custom audio production, mixing, vocal tuning, or consulting services are governed by separate master service agreements and project statements of work executed directly between Indigrove LLC and the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including music recordings, cover art, branding, logos, graphics, text, and original web design elements—is the exclusive property of Indigrove LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site material without prior written consent.

6. Contact Form & User Submissions

When submitting inquiries, sound files, or messages through our contact forms, you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to refuse service or communications that violate these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigrove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, print-on-demand merchandise delays, or third-party service interruptions (including Printful, payment processors, or website hosting providers).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Effective Date."
